Visible Access: From Splash Page to Full Brand & GTM Foundation in
4 Weeks

Challenge: Visible Access had a compelling hardware innovation - a camera upgrade that could modernize legacy intercom systems in MultiFamily properties without a costly full replacement, but no brand story, no web presence, and no marketing infrastructure to match.
They had a splash page and a product.
What they needed was a name, a narrative, and a go-to-market plan that would resonate with property managers and operators already fatigued by expensive technology overhauls.

The Strategy: Strategic PropTech Advisory ran a focused 4-week sprint to build everything from the ground up.

It started with the product itself.
We named their flagship device the ICU: Intercom Camera Upgrade
A name that doubles as a brand promise: clear visibility, modern access, and a nod to the watchful presence that operators and residents both want. For properties with telephone-based intercoms that couldn't support a camera, we developed a companion QR code solution offering a virtual intercom directory, ensuring no segment of the market was left out.

From there, we rebuilt their web presence entirely. The original splash page was replaced with a full website: complete layout, storyline, brand messaging, and custom creatives designed to speak directly to the retrofit-focused MultiFamily buyer. Every section was built to answer the operator's core question: why upgrade what I already have, and why now?

Finally, we built a marketing calendar anchored by a LinkedIn content strategy, the primary channel for reaching PropTech decision-makers, supported by tertiary social media plans to extend reach across platforms.

The Deliverables:

  • Product naming: ICU (Intercom Camera Upgrade)

  • QR code virtual intercom directory concept and positioning

  • Full website rebuild — layout, storyline, brand messaging, and creatives

  • LinkedIn content strategy

  • Marketing calendar with tertiary social media plans

The Takeaway: Before you can market a product, it needs to know what it is.
In 4 weeks, Visible Access went from a splash page to a complete brand foundation, with a name that sells itself, a website that tells the right story, and a marketing roadmap ready for execution.
